We hire seasonally — usually two cohorts a year. We’re small and deliberately staying that way; every tutor in the pool has been interviewed by Lisa.
15 minutes of prep is billed per session. Real lesson prep takes longer than 15 minutes — we know — but we’re honest about what we cover.
You take home the full rate. No bid-for-students marketplace, no “featured listing” surcharges, no commission on what you earn.
You teach what you actually know. We don’t match you to subjects outside your specialism just because a student asks.
Not a Slack workspace or a contractor liaison. If something’s off about a match, a parent, or a payment — Lisa picks up.
Honest list. If you tick most but not all, apply anyway and explain.
Lisa reads every application herself. Reply usually within a week, longer in school holidays.
